Crooked. If you want to be in Tax Court and Liability then use this service. Starts out nice and then your information is doubled and fudged and you are liable and it is a sorry situation this service can put you in. I filed 2007 - 2015 and then he stopped responding to calls when the IRS audited his work. His son is just the same.
