I recently had my taxes prepared by Thornell of JJ Tax Service. I had what I thought was a complicated case. Thornell immediately put me at ease with his vast knowledge of tax laws and the appropriate forms that needed to be filed. He E-Filed my Federal and state taxes directly. He even has an App that allows you to send your documents to him from your mobile phone which is super convenient especially during the quarantine. He was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I absolutely recommend JJ Tax Service for all of your tax and bookkeeping needs.

Very knowledgeable of tax law and a lot of other legal processes. Dependable gives results Worth the drive because he knows his crafts, I have worked with him for over ten years in many areas business wise. He is a walking encyclopedia and I trust him with my business affairs. If he does not know the information he will research it he is persistent and hardworking. Knows how to get the information you need and provides great service, he is also a good consultant in loan, mortgage advice, financial, legal aide he is a process need. He has a tell it like it is attitude but this is needed in business straight to the point. He is a researcher and will point you to the person to go to for answers.

I paid for tax services and only received my federal return. I have continued to call him and email him about my state return and refuses to respond. This has not only happened to me, but it is also happening to others. I do NOT recommend his services, as he is incredibly unprofessional. He will take your money and not deliver.
