I waited until the last minute of the extended tax deadline. Chris is charming, personable and completed my taxes over his weekend. I was also extremely impressed with what an actual accountant can accomplish vs. someone who does taxes part time during the season. I had no idea that as someone with rental property I would qualify for deductions that would actually turn into a refund this year. Thank you Chris!
