I've never had this happen before and don't know how to go about it. We got an audit letter from the IRS for our 2017 tax return and i thought it was no big deal until they told us that we claimed 37,000 in business expenses. I don't own a business so there's no way that we could of claimed that. I did itemized items that I can prove with receipts but no business expenses just medical.Mr. Fernando Perez Viart said that he assumed that we wanted him to do that but it's not true because I had already had all my papers and receipts organized and we clearly told him that we were only filing what we can show proof incase we ever were audited. He said he had audit insurance and he would call us to see if it would get covered. It's been 6 weeks...the man is avoiding us, not answering his cell, or if we call with a different number he'll say he's at lunch and he'll call us back never does...he keeps stretching this out. BEWARE. THIS GUY IS A FRAUD AND A CROOK
