Whoever I talked to on the phone was so rude, I asked a question and they laughed in my face and continued to talk to me like I was stupid.Totally lost my service forever more.

She is doing my taxes. But I haven't been able to get ahold of her for a few months. I'm worried something happened to her. She doesn't answer the phone or call me back. She's great her an Angel really know how to do their job.. An they are very nice an will explain to u anything u don't understand... We have used this tax severice for almost ten years Barbara (Daphine) her late husband was who first stated doing our taxes.. I thank u very much ladies for ur hard work...
