Whoever I talked to on the phone was so rude, I asked a question and they laughed in my face and continued to talk to me like I was stupid.Totally lost my service forever more.

She's great her an Angel really know how to do their job.. An they are very nice an will explain to u anything u don't understand... We have used this tax severice for almost ten years Barbara (Daphine) her late husband was who first stated doing our taxes.. I thank u very much ladies for ur hard work...
