I spoke to Mr Davis about doing my taxes a month or so ago. He was willing seemed helpful. Today I went back to go ahead and hire his services. The woman at the door got extremely offended when I mentioned turbo tax. Even though I was saying that I didn’t want to use that service. She just asked me to leave and then threatened to call the police. The customer that walked in as we were talking couldn’t believe what he was hearing. I was polite and quiet spoken and ask why she was saying those things. She just persisted. Mr Davis was polite and helpful when I spoke to him for the 45 minutes in a prior day. Where he got this carnival barker from I’ll never know. I would pay to not have to step foot in the place with that huge woman there. She was a disgrace and certainly no asset to his business. It’s not my character to say it but she really was dumb as a box of rocks. If you are considering getting your taxes done and have to deal with her in any way - think again. I was hoping she wasn’t going to bite me in my leg or something. She was the most unprofessional person I can remember dealing with and I am 62 years old. I hope she reads these comments and learns from them.
