This person has been overbilling people for their water bill, acknowledging that they have received payment while failing to present it to the bank, and then sending another bill higher than the last which fails to acknowledge (on the statement) payment already rendered, yet acknowleding over the phone that payment was received.
She has overbilled several people now in Grove, but she is also listed as a senior accounting assistant for Spirit Rock Meditation Center, and a number of people have complained about their being overbilled there as well.
My suggestion to those who live in Grove is that they attend the water board meetings or communicate with Marnie (the secretary) regarding any unwarranted charges on their bill.
She has sent statements out late, failed to present payments to the bank in a timely manner, and overbilled (in the form of bogus late charges) the people she is supposed to be providing an accounting service for. I would definitely not recommend this person as an accountant.
