This is definitely a fraudulent company. I noticed the same patterns that others have reported. They file taxes illegally, putting us at risk. Stay away from these people.
2021-2025 filed taxes with them but realized lately. Stay away from them and pass the info.

They are literally scammers trapping you to opt for illegal tax filing which bound to have consequences from the IRS. Stay away from these thugs if you really wanna keep a healthy track record with IRS.

I got recommended by a friend and filed taxes with Aone for the last 2 years. Naveen Adepu filed my taxes and after I got a notice from IRS he stopped responding. Beware of Aone taxes. They are scam! They have 2-3 people sitting in India filing taxes for lots of people in the US. They have absolutely no idea of what they are doing.
Like what a lot of other reviews say I'm seeing a similar pattern. Naveen stops responding to calls, texts and emails once he realizes he's in trouble.
DON'T file your taxes with them and save yourself a notice from IRS !

If anyone is interested in suing these fraudsters please get in touch with me. Naveen Adepu is the main culprit here. I got a notice from IRS and had to pay 20k! He stopped responding to calls, emails or texts and kept saying he would do something tomorrow or that he was traveling. That tomorrow never came and the travel never ended.
He said he called IRS for resolve the penalties which he never did. I got to know about it only when I called IRS myself.
I have this call recordings where he's making all these promises but never did a thing.
