Although I have used her for a few years at the recommendation of my last tax lady that retiredwho I loved, I have never met her in person. We talk through e mails and exchange paperwork in a mailbox on her porchso professional. I file an extension every year, which gives me until October 15th and every year she has a problem with it and gets quite sarcastic and gives deadlines to when SHE will do your taxesI could have swore I paid HER. Why file an extension that gives one until Oct 15th just to tell the person to have them to her by May or she won't do them? Does that make sense? I didn't remember this earlier conversatione mail and contacted her to do my taxes in Sept and she said she wouldn't do them because I didn't get them to her by May? Sooo what was the point in filing our extension? So, I was on the hunt for someone else to do them by Oct 15th and had several get back to me willing to do them and that they are tax professionals ALL yearnot just certain months and quite informative and professional, I might add!! Wouldn't recommend!

The worst tax return service Ive ever used in my years of filing taxes. Charged for every single printed page. 10 for declaration of electronic filing. Another 10 for a signature authorization. Another 10 for next year estimated tax that I didnt even ask for and so on. Charged 300 on a simple tax return. Did not help write off anything, did not help save any tax money at all. At the end, gave a voucher with unclear instructions and caused me pay penalty on unpaid tax due. Absolutely avoid 100 times!
