I am very disappointed with this place. Marina did our taxes on March 31,2017. She did them incorrectly so we not only have to wait until at least June to get our refund, we also will receive $600 less than expected due to her mistake. What frustrates me most is that I brought it to her attention when she was filing our taxes but she said that it was not necessary to claim Market place insurance coverage since that was Obama's policy and now we are under Trump. That was her words. Well that isn't true so the IRS sent me a letter saying if we did not get that corrected in 21 days we would not be eligible for Marketplace coverage in the future. They also stated that we would not receive our refund until the correction was made. I had taken all that paper work and tried to give it to Marina when she was filing our taxes but she would not use it.
So needless to say we do not plan to return to A Plus Services Corp in the future. I just want to warn people so they don't make the same mistake that I did.
