Used Erin to setup a corporation a few years ago. Everything started fine. Then she started missing filing deadlines, forgot to send in checks to pay for taxes, delayed replying to emails, and it just kept getting worse. Was full of excuses. I highly recommend you use anyone else to do your accounting and corporate setup.
