Wow I cannot believe I am writing a bad review this is the first time I have ever felt the need to let the world know how bad the service I got was. And I have had some really bad service over the years. Misfiled all of my taxes and made it so I ended up paying in when I should have gotten well over 5k back. I have 7 children and their mother passed away a few years ago. The owner (Bobbie Peterson) won’t answer her phone or return my texts. I have left several voicemails and I never get any kind of return contact. I am beyond the point of giving a second chance. You deserve to rot in hell for the things you do to people! Also letting your dogs hump your legs during buisness meetings is so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this buisness for anything. Pretty sure she is a mutt molester. Zero stars out of a hundred is what I would rate this buisness

Absolutely worthless as a service provider. Never makes anything right everything is always late, and the lady is a narcissistic lying excuse of a human being. Would 100/10 recommend never going to this buisness. Blue diamond has ruined my life and BOBBIE PETERSON is a lying back stabbing wench. Thanks for completely screwing me over would be nice if you answered your phone one time and actually apologized instead of having every excuse in the book like you always do!

Bobbie has done my taxes for years. This year has been a nightmare. She did my taxes then stopped returning my calls I have been trying to get a hold of her for months and she will not call me back. I still have not gotten my 2021 returns. Very disappointed in her
