Nancy did my taxes electronically on March 1st 2021. Today is September 14, 2021, and I still havent received my refund. After dealing with the IRS for 7months, during a PANDEMIC. I finally got an educated customer service IRS agent on the phone on September 5, only for him to express to me, that NANCY CRAIG did not send my W2 FORMS. I have left NANCY four PHONE MESSAGES, I SENT A LETTER CERTIFIED MAIL. She never returned the certified post card, stating she received my letter. As far as Im concerned, Shes INCOMPETENT

Made a big mistake IRS CLAIMING I OWE THEM 2,000 which I cannot pay...when I called her she told me I need to just pay it..
Not my fault. .She should pay it.She made the mistake.She should be responsible that is why she is the so called tax professional !!!
