I noticed that the three comments were all made on August 14, 2016, and all by "unverified" clients. I am not using my real name but I can tell you that I find Mr. Larry Smith to be quite rude and unresponsive, but Mr. Todd Carpenter is excellent in all categories. It seems strange that Larry received two reviews with 5 stars???? I wonder if they are friends or relatives? There is another review with only one star and that tells it like it is. I am
adding another 1 star to the list.
