Jeff Root not only completed my taxes perfectly for a very reasonable rate, but upon completion, brought them over to my house, finding that sending them would have been more difficult due to the large container I had brought them in. We met with Jeff Root to discuss our tax situation. We provided our taxes returns for the previous three years. We called and left messages over a four month time period. He never returned our calls or acknowledged that he received them. Becoming more and more frustrated, I went tot he office and spoke with the receptionist. She promised me hewould contact me. Two days later still no call.
