Linda has been doing my taxes for a few years. I am always very happy with the outcome. Every time I sit in the waiting room for my appointment I guarantee the secretary is busy answering the phone telling people I am sorry we are all booked up, I am sorry we are all booked up next year lol its no wonder why people are calling in trying to get an appointment, its because buttler accounting is awesome!

Linda Butler advised me my amendments would be completed in may. When i attempted to touch base in june, it took several weeks to receive a response and i was told by end of June. Checked back in the beginning of July and was told they were completed and in the mail. Its August and haven't recieved a response to any of the emails or voicemails. Was treated as if she was doing me a favor rather than as if i was paying for their services. A customer shouldn't be made to feel as if they're bothering you.

Did not fill my tax return correctly causing an audit from the IRS. Never corrected this and was contacted by IRS a 2nd time with same problem and she will not return phone calls or help us with this problem.
