Im not sure about the complainer review I just read but the Helen Koufis that I know is very efficient, patient, and utterly professional. Some people just like to complain I guess. Tax accountants during March April of any given year are under so much stress because of irresponsible and procrastinating clients youd almost need to watch them work or be one to u understand the pressures they endure. Having some whiner complain online is just an added bonus of crap they dont need to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN SOTOS AND ASSOCIATES INCLUDING VERY MUCH, Helen Koufis for ANY accounting needs and advice!!

Frankly I do not recommend this Lady for filing. She may have skills but her condescending attitude is appalling. I asked her to copy my husband who is Congolese, therefore black in her e-mails and she kept leaving him out. She has a line in her e-mails that I am copyingI feel that I gave you enough explanations to satisfy your questions. We are very busy and working long hours these next few days.She feels and she is very busy it is not the right attitude at all - I am very busy all year around and I do not dare or dream saying this to any of my clients. No matter how much business they bring or its nature.I was inquiring on why the same firm hers prepared filing in 2 different manners in 2 different years: Joint Federal, separate State in 2016, Both Federal and State jointed in 2017. She did not sit down with anyone of us to discuss what she has done. She threaten me to redo the taxes for additional fees, She said that I misunderstood. Isn't she there making money against a service that the client evaluates? It is easy to brands your own work perfect. She acted as if we were annoying her. By the way I am an AVP in International Banking and I know a thing or two about treating clients properly: Small client and large and everything in between. She would not even take the care to spell my name correctly. Who is Patricia? Not me. Sorry Ms. Koufis, you may think that I did not want to pay or other nonsense. That is not the case, I just wanted to understand and evidently your patronizing attitude got in the way.
