I absolutely don't recommend this lady. She returned my taxes late. IRS fined me 400 plus interest for her actions. I stopped with her and she did not own up to her errors. She was agressive when we spoke with her. If you want your taxes right don't go with her. Go with a real professional!

DO NOT GO TO HER. She messed up on my taxes several times and wont admit or help me fix HER mistakes and now the department of revenue is coming after me and i owe SO MUCH money. Elsa refused to fix it and a different tax lady refused because its elsa responsibility to fix it and she wont. She is a scam and doesnt know what shes doing.

DO NOT come to her if you need anything done correctly. Not even sure how she got into this field when she is clueless and still charges people for HER MISTAKES. HORRIBLE

Did not enter my taxes until I called to ask why I haven't received them. Can't admit to her mistake and tries to blame not having necessary documents to process taxes. If I pay you to do my taxes then they should be done the day I did them not a month an a half later. If you do a mistake be willing to admit to it and say sorry.
