Just stay away. He charges almost 600 to file my taxes! Lied and said he would charge that much this year and still took 600! Deposit the money in his account first! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! Not trust worthy! Just go to a more professional tax preparer!! PLEAASE! I felt bad and regret referring people to him!

Learning that this person Boyd, Lavon has struck again. My co worker went to this person for his services. Shortly thereafter he was also audited because of fraudulent information used unknowingly by Lavon Boyd. The con artist of a tax associate also applied his own banking and routing number to his tax papers so that any monies received would be deposited into his account not the account of my friend and his family. In a time such as this all households are in need of there due funds. For this man, Lavon Boyd that represents Windy City Tax company to be consistently reviewed as less than average please stay away from his services. He puts those he works with at risk for his own capital gain.

Lavon is a fraud he did my taxes last year add someone on my taxes saying she babysit my daughter on top of that tried to bet me out of 500 dollar please stay away from this guy I hope he get caught because he take advantage of his clients hes a fraud fraud fraud fraud!!!!

Lavon Boyd is a liar and a fraud. He tries to get you more money by lying on tax documents. For example, he adds in expenses such as home improvement that were never made so you will get more of a return. If you ever get audited by the IRS, you are on your own. When Lavon got called out by several people who used his services, he became silent. Don't trust this man and his shady practices. I'm shocked he hasn't been arrested and thrown in jail for all the tax fraud he has committed. He has negatively impacted several people. How he can wake up each morning and go on with his life like he hasn't hurt families, I will never understand. Plus, it looks Iike he uses TurboTax anyway, so do yourself a favor and cut him out of the picture. You will save time, money, headaches and IRS audit issues. Also, you will have the privilege of never knowing such an awfully dishonest human being.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Windy coty taxes. They are very un honest. The owner does something with your taxes to get you more money and it sounds great but trust me you will pay for it. I have had my wages garnished due to the false info provided from Lavon and windy city taxes. You will end up having a lot of issues. And if you think lavon or windy city will try to help you out think again. Do yourself a favor and go see a reputable tax preparer. Very dishonest and shady!!
