Paid to have my taxes filed and they were filed incorrectly. She wanted more money to fix her mistake. I had already paid her $900 and she wanted more to fix her mistake

Paid for business taxes to be filed last year. They have not been properly filed. Was told over the summer Janet would re-file them correctly. Its November and I have yet to hear from her.

My experience was a nightmare from the beginning. If I could go back and choose someone different I would have. I had her file my business taxes for 2019 from October to December and it took her 2 months to do them and I itemized them for her. I called for a update and I would get Janet isnt in yet and its 11:00 am. No phone calls in return. Im still dealing with issues due to negligent filing.
