Carol has been doing our taxes for many many years. She is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and does them within a few days after she receives them. She calls with questions and we have been lucky enough the majority of time to get our refunds within a week of her submitting our taxes. She is always pleasant and follows up in the event we haven't received anything to give us the status.Even though we are out of state, I have referred her to others.
