As a business owner I tend to shy away from reviewing another business poorly even when I feel wronged. My thoughts are move on, work with someone else and don't attempt to hurt their business. However, if this review helps even one personcompany not conduct business with this office than I'll feel I've steered them away from potential disaster. To make a very long story short, I worked with John and Delta the first year I opened my business after being quoted around 1000 I was actually charged well over 3000 without any forewarning or heads up that I was being billed additional. I had to chase John down for months to actually complete the return. I then just found out in 2018 they never actually filed the return. They just sent me the paperwork and expected me to do it without any instructions. I would go as far as to say this place is criminal. Do as little work as possible, run the bill up as high as possible without any regard for you or your business. Do yourself a favor and find an actual CPA Attorney. You will pay more with Delta while putting your business at risk.
