As I was sitting at another desk. I had the displeasure of watching Larry work last year. He types with one finger on either had. Which meant the couple that sat across from him had to wait longer for their taxes to get done. The couple also was spanish speaking. Which seemed to frustrate him. Larry does not speak spanish. He had to ask for help with not only translating but also with the tax he was trying to complete. His peevishness was obvious.
