i have been going to the same tax accountant here for 2 years , isaiah Trinidad. Very rude and condescending towards me and my kids. Just for example, he told me do you know what making a copy means? obviously I know what making a copy means I am 47 years old! For reference of what kind of person Isaiah Trinidad is, while sitting in his office in his house working on my papers, he was openly calling the IRS morons, high school graduates, idiots which for me was a huge act of unprofessionalism. The reason why we come to these accounts is to have our taxes done without the stress of doing it ourselves. Isaiah Trinidad ruined that experience for me. Up charging me with an unfixed rate simply because I made more this year and proceeding to ridicule me with foul language. If you want your taxes done with professionalism, manners , and an overall stress-free environment, DO NOT come to Isaiah Trinidad.
