Prepared our 2021 taxes. My husband's social security number was entered incorrectly, so the taxes were rejected. Sandra told us of the rejection but did NOTHING to correct the issue. We ended up paying a 2,000 penalty plus interest. She wouldn't answer emails or return phone calls or texts. She didn't offer to correct the situation or refund the money she received for tax preparation. Stay clear of this tax preparer - bad news!
