She seemed knowledgeable and very competent in our meetings. Computer literate. Unfortunately, she forgot to efile our return. We didn't make a big deal out of it. Now it appears she didn't file our state return a second time. When we call and leave a message with her answering service, she doesn't return a phone call to let us know whether she filed our return or not.
DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. SHE IS NOT REACHABLE AND DON'T RETURN CALLS.
