Donna Clark is a graduate of Shorter University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. She brings 25 years of tax preparation, business development, along with payroll and accounting experience. She has experience in setting up corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations. Donna is also a Certified Acceptance Agent with the IRS and a Quick Books Pro Advisor.

Gerald Clark has been preparing tax returns annually since 2004. He specializes in retirement, small businesses, rental property and investments. He enjoys advising his clients on how life events will impact their tax returns. Gerald has recently passed his Enrolled Agents exams, and is awaiting his final certification.

Chuck Wolf is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, which means he is able to represent a client for virtually any purpose including audits before the IRS. He brings 11 years of tax experience. He specializes in self-employment, rental properties, corporations, partnerships, retirement, investments and other areas of tax preparation.
