I went to Mr. Balde this year to compile my tax return. While in the number crunching process, he seemed to be very straight-forward and honest, when it was time for the return to hit, there were errors. First of all, my federal return wasn't appearing via direct deposit in the scheduled time. When I called him to find out about the delay, he said that it was an error on the tax end and he had to WRITE me a live check. Whereas he did so and it cleared, there were several fees that were not a part of the initial agreed upon charge. He also assured me that my state refund would soon hit, however after a month a half later, I STILL don't have my state refund and it's not showing up. My Balde subsequently has not answered any of my calls or texts, leading me to believe that my state refund DID actually show up, but in his account as my federal refund did (that he cut me a shorter check for). I wouldn't go with his services ever again.
