DO NOT USE THIS TAX PREPARER! She almost cost us 4000 due to her error and she was never apologetic. We had to catch the error ourselves with TurboTax . When I called her she noticed she missed entering information. She never said sorry, never offered to give us some of our money we paid her to do our taxes back and then still never gave us the additional money she owed us back because she didnt have change when we paid her in cash! She is very unprofessional and just was not nice! We will never use her or her family again! Nor will we refer her to anyone . Suggest everyone doing your own taxes as the laws have made it easier and turbo tax is always up to date. Give her a zero if I could!
