HORRIBLE absolutely the worst tax preparation iv ever had .Was given wrong information three different times was lied to dissrespected and treated very wrongly. Nicole Talton and her office staff lied about the tax prep fee the refund process as well as other amounts that occurred in the process.She was rude from the beginning .She is not dependable in anything she said she lied and threntened to hold my funds even though they requested my account numbers and routing information.I fear for any poor soul who gives Nicole Talton there very personal and private account information . I do not feel safe anymore with the fact she has inportant documents because she showed the upmost of unprofessionalism with me and several other people I know she told them she would find loop holes and used other words and lingo given the empression to cheat the irs.For heavens sake no one should go through what i endured.
