I sent Patty all of my information she still filed my taxes in the wrong name. I did not receive a copy of my return until days after she filed them. I had to Constantly email and call her to no avail, my call and emails went unanswered. When I finally got a copy I told her the information was wrong, she filed in the wrong name. She told me it would be fine. I wait weeks witout getting my return. I was told by the state that they could not process my return because it was filed in the incorrect name. When I told patty this she said she would charge me an additional 75 dollars for an amendment. I refuse to pay for her mistake, that I informed her of weeks prior. My colleagues that used had the same horrible experience Patty is a very dishonest disorderly person. I will never use or recommend her to anyone!
