So disappointed in him after using him for over 15 years. We were sent a letter from Internal Revenue ,stated that we owe almost seven thousand dollars for 2018. I call Robert he states we never sent in our 1099 form from social security. I asked why did he prepare the taxes without calling us for those 1099.,his response was he has over 500 clients and he doesn't check. I disagree as a tax preparer you take care of your clients and you do check. Well now he has 499 clients .
