Tax Time Income Tax Services, Inc. was founded in 1999 by friends, co-workers, and long-time tax professionals, Andrea Kennedy and Becky Portwood (now retired), with the goal of providing excellent service to every client. As a participant in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program, Andrea Kennedy has passed an annual tax update education requirement and can represent clients whose returns Andrea Kennedy has prepared and signed.
