For example, I recently had to pay a $2,000 penalty because of their late payment. Communication is a major problem—they don’t answer calls or return voicemails, leaving clients to deal with their mistakes alone. It's incredibly frustrating to spend hours resolving issues that are entirely their fault. Seek out a more reliable company that takes responsibility for their errors and provides effective support.

Mr Jaime is the most rude person I have ever met in the Taxes industry. Unfortunately he was not able to help me or my family with this matter, he was never responsive and whenever he responded he was always being rude and he definitely does not know how to be a kind person. I don't recommend this Person at all for something as so important as preparing your taxes or anything else. His attitude only reflects the lack of professionalism. He definitely doesn't care about your taxes at all. Be careful with this person. There are plenty of Tax Prepares around the state of Georgia just don't do anything job with this people.

This company made our taxes on 2015 and 2016 and we received a letter from IRS saying that our taxes were made wrong both years. We have to pay fees and penalties and someone else to fix it since they don't even call us or return our calls.

We filed our taxes thru 3 POINT SERVICES, on March, 2016. Our GA state tax was accepted. Now on September 2018, we received a notice that our state taxes were made wrong. Now we have to paid late fees and penalties, interest plus 2300. Being trying to contact them over the phone and they allways have an excuse, never received a phone call back from them.
