I have been going here for quite some time.. Erica is very professional, and sweet. I had no idea how taxes work, until she sat me down and went step by step. The staff is always nice, asking if you need "water & etc". I give this place 5 stars...

Erica Montgomery is a scam artist, she put a fraudulent w2 on my tax return that caused me to get audited and I'm self-employed with full proof and documentation. She then said she would fix it for free and once (I) sent in all required documents the IRS requested. Four months later I received my refund to have 900 dollars debited out for a filing fee! When I called Mrs. Montgomery she said it was the bank charging me these fees (liieess) do not go here and please read your paper work. This office is filled with scammers if you are looking to get a illegal return done go here, if you work hard through the year and want to have your information safe stay away.
