I used Angela for my 2020 tax's. It was sent to me with auto billing it was sent May 13th. Its August 9th. The IRS doesn't even have my name listed as tax 's sent in. I can't find her, never returns calls, never email's, I've called her helpers at one time and they can't find her. I don't know what to do? I'm due money and can't get it because of thus company and Angela not communicating with me.
