I love Shana and her services. They're always so helpful. I file my taxes here and I have never had a problem on their behalf. They also helped me with my amended taxes and were available even after the office was closed. She worked with me until everything was complete even tho it took months.

I would NEVER recommend this company. Shanna erroneously filed tax returns, causing IRS tax audits. She was not able to reached after multiple attempts, although she guaranteed that she would be there if there were any issues. She was negligible and did not honor her commitment.
