She got some details wrong on my return and it took almost two business weeks to get a response from her. She also charged me higher then what she initially stated and tried to quote tax law at me as if I can't read and understand the law. When I sent her an email stating that what she was doing was unethical, she left me a nasty voicemail. I will not be using this shady service again.

Will not use this service again told me one price then charged me 140 over the written and stated price blamed her bank and told me nothing she can do use turbo tax people at least they dont RIP people off

First time using this service. Just wanted to get taxes done more so than getting personal. Called to speak to preparer and emailed more than twice with no response. As a consumer, if you have an IRS deadline it has nothing to do with the customer when you providing a service to them. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! THIS is ABSOLUTELY the worst experience I've had in my life of doing taxes. Ms spears not only had me send my information and sit on it for two weeks, but never had the courtesy to return ANY of my phone calls. I called three days in row after a week of no response. She told me the two days I called her on her "off" day that she was "under the dryer" and that she would be calling me when she left. All LIES!!!! Then after two weeks of only me reaching out to her unprofessional establishment does a secretary call me and tell me that ms. Spears will not be doing my taxes. After she told me that she started them. I asked why and she said she didn't know! This is by far the WORST experience and to think I had prospective people interested in a company like this! I will always tell my experience to anyone willing to listen ANYWHERE! ANYTIME!
