Mark is an awesome Tax preparer. He did 2 years of IRS amendments for us , we trusted his expertise so we asked him again to do our 2020 Tax as well. We are retired old couple so the taxes can be a little complicated with decades of investment. Mark is professional and patience with understanding. He has good communication skill but with our complicated Taxes his zoom video with us made it possible that we could look at the same page at same time. We appreciate his business and sacrifice to accommodate the clients from different time zone. His detailed orientation brought us 2020 tax refund! Thank you Mark for what you have done for us !
