I'm really going to miss Mrs. Cumberlander she was awesome with the taxes and gave me so much knowledge from the business aspect of things with some very good pointers on life lessons so to all you putting a one star understand she is no longer with us and her son's are working to get your taxes done.

Terrible! Miss Cumberland has had my taxes since March 15 of 2023 as of May 2023 she has not filed them. I also gave her my daughter taxes after she gave me my refund amount and I noticed that my daughter taxes had already came to the house that’s when I start questioning where were my taxes. When I looked on IRS gov. They weren’t even filed. I have been reaching out to her for the last two weeks and she has not responded so don’t do it.
