Beware! Biran Herndon charged me $185 to do my 2022 return and he never filed it! No explanation. Said I was missing a form and he never followed up. Now I owe thousands in penalties and fees. I made an appointment with him to discuss and he cancelled my appointment. This guy is a total scammer. He also failed to file an abatement form in 2018 as he said he was doing. I am in the process of reporting him for his negligence.

Stay away from Biran Herndon. He took a 2500 retainer to do Accounting work including Tax Returns for my Business and never did anything. Then he promised to return the money and after some months wrote a check for 250 only. Then for more than 1 12 years he continued to promise to pay back the money via emails, telling me of his financial and medical problems and then finally stopped answering any of my emails. So finally my wife went over to his office to request the money back and he called the police on her. I've been in business for more than 37 years and I have never dealt with anyone with less integrity than Biran Herndon. He was recommended by a friend and later he did the same thing to the friend took his money and never did any work. Please protect yourself don't hire this con man to do anything for you.

I went to Biran pre-warned so I'm a little at fault.So this is what I received.Asked for a Florida company to be formed ok no problem 1300.00 ok paid him.Didn't hear from him for weeks,so I canceled the company request asked for the money back,.a few weeks later,I called and told him I needed to pick up the check I got half,Weeks later finally received the other half.Wait Im not done ,so he still owes me 300.00 so I said can you do my taxes and how much would that be fo the year 150.00 and you will not be anymore taxes,fine I said keep the 300.00 and Ill have two years paid for OK he says.To this day taxes not done 2018 taxes not sent back to me,refuses to call,or send taxes,or pay me back.I need the taxes 2018 to receive my check from the covid -13.This guy is a nightmare and I'm sure I'm not the only one.Just plain terrible

Don't trust this man! He was paid in advance for tax preparation and never completed the job. He canceled three appointments where I was supposed to pick up the returns with excuses like my software failed, my computer crashed, and other BS. Save yourself the pain. I lost over 2,000.00.

Last year,2018I had already filed my taxes using Turbo tax and Biran reviewed my returned and found me an additional 2300 in return so he filed an amended return. My associate had a 10,500 tax debt owed to the IRS and after Biran explained he had many more deductions than was previously he turned the 10,500 debt to the IRS into 120 refund. That is a 10,600 swing. GO BIRAN!!!!!!!!This year it was go Biran all the way. He restructured my business and more than doubled my return. He is a tax genius!!!
