They've made several mistakes in the past on our 1099 forms. The last incorrect form I received was in April of this year. I've been begging for a corrected 1099 form since April 10th of this year. It is now August 27th. I have yet to receive a corrected form. I had to file an extension due to their incompetence. The deadline for the extension is fast approaching and I cannot get a response from them.
