I have been doing my taxes with Mr Elkin at this company for the past 6 years at least and I am pleased to see that his clientele is increasing explanationally because he's doing such a great job and I never had any kind of problems when it comes to my taxes he's always kind and available and his personnel are very helpful. Unfortunately lately is office is extremely busy during the tax season so just make an appointment early. He is a very knowledgeable trustworthy and very understanding with any issue that you might have and in my experience he's always finding the best way to fix your problems and to have the best outcome in any situation. I will continue to use his services in other endeavors as well for as long as his office exist. I highly recommend his services.

I left a comment back in February 2018 and I wanted to clarify my concerns that I had. The daughter that I was unsatisfied with was the niece of Elkin. I am very satisfied with the services Elkin provides to his clients. He rectified the situation and today I was greeted with a smile on his nieces face and seen right away. I know it can be very busy during tax season and Elkins daughter assured me I would be taken care of and she was right! I was greeted with a smile today and felt welcomed in this establishment. It is highly recommended. I recommend coming at night at a later time and making an appointment. Just make sure to see Elkin as he will always make sure you are taken care of.

Let me tell you all about my experience here. There isnt no point in making an appointment. The daughter up in the front desk is rude and didnt even address me when I walked up to the counter. My father made an appointment for 3:30 and I was to follow right after him. It is now 5:30 and neither of us have been seen. When you make an appointment it is because you have other events to attend that day. This business is not client friendly and does not respect the people who have been waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours. I understand waiting 30 min-1hr over. Elkin is preparing your taxes and things come up, I get that. But the fact that I went up to the daughter to ask how much longer it was going to be and she said Rafael wanted to assist your father and your dad declined well yeah because this is like a doctors office. You make the appointment with who you want. When I asked how much longer again she looked away and stopped acknowledging me. Do yourself a favor and take your money someone else where you will be appreciated. There are plenty of other CPAs who will be happy to help you in a timely manner. This company does not value their clients time.
