David charged me 1,000 to do my taxes and complete 2 loan applications for SBA loans that I had started. 6 weeks later when I met with him to review his work, he wanted to charge me an additional 1,700. He did not complete my taxes or loan applications, and I walked away with nothing. Very misleading and deceitful man.

I went to see Mr. Warman after my father passed away because he came highly recommended from a friend. He claimed he was an attorney in Kentucky and many other tall tales. He managed to get 1000 out of me for services he never rendered. He said he was setting up a trust and a corporation, all just BS. He charged me for my taxes on top of everything else and now I worry that he has my social security number. Im very worried about my security.

Charged me 500 for services he never provided me. This was back in May of 2018. Never gave me a refund and consistently avoided my phone calls shortly after he charged me. do NOT recommend.
