I hadn’t used Marcia in 3 years and I decided to give her another chance. For the last 3 years I hadn’t used her, my tax returns have been accurate and consistent. She did my taxes and supposedly got back only $1,500. I went to a real tax preparer, CPA and accountant; he did an amendment and I got back $17,540. What a huge damn difference. Don’t let this lady prepare your taxes, she clearly has no damn idea what she’s doing. Get an accountant. The fact that she wouldn’t amend my taxes, showed me her incompetence as well.
