Do not deal with this man. He is a con artist and a swindler. He swindled me out of 35,000 of my retirement and is now on the run. He has not paid me except very rarely and has caused me financial harm by not paying me for the last two months. He is a con artist and willmake up games and stories. He is not to be trusted. I am pursuing him legally and have contacted senior abuse authorities. It's funny to him to harm people especially senior citizens. Do not deal with this man. If you know his whereabouts please PM me

John Kratz is a joke. I just had my taxes redone by a professional after he screwed them up. Impossible to reach never answers his phone, and dressed like a hobo. Should have known better.

A friend referred met to John a couple years ago for my small business tax needs, and last year, I had two accountants prepare my taxes (including John), and he saved me over $3k more than the other guy. Needless to say, I'll be using John for my tax needs again. Thank you!

I has a appointment with Clint at 6:45 PM. I showed up and waited till 7:30 and the place was closed. No one showed up, no one called me. That is terrible service. For a CPA not to show up to his own appointment is terrible. Being in sales I know that customer service is extremely important. I would not recommend this place to anybody in the world. I called H&R block, they took me in about 5 mins because I was sick of waiting and out of there in less then a hour. That is real customer service. This place is ass, and should be closed down.
