Sorry for your expierence. However, the St Petersburg location has been closed for over two years. The current tenants are a totally differant company. No affliliation.

This place is HORRIBLE. I do not recommend it to anyone, I filed my taxes one year with Crystal (She was AWESOME). However, i went back to file & the office had whole new staff. they were very unprofessional. Im not sure what happend to the last crew there, but the new one SUCK
