I was going to them for years but, they are not working the same. They have had my stimulus check and they refuse to give it to me. They said that there was a 30 charge which they are not supposed to benefit from it but, there is one excuse after another and they dont release it. Ive gone by but the office is always closed. I will be notifying the IRS about this.

As soon as I told Joshua Jeans son that my case is going to be audited and examined by IRS I got noresponse from them , no call back, they being hiding in the office. Im going to report it.

BEWARE! I was a client with this company for 12 years and they used to be amazing, I recommended them to all of my friends and family. I trusted Jean and his family and wholeheartedly. In the last few years the service has completely gone downhill, careless mistakes on our filings and Jean and his family they make up all of his staff do not care, they simply say, theres nothing they can do, its not their problem. They carelessly forgot to file a return for us and made. I apologies, were now being audited and their response is. AUDITS HAPPEN AND THEY HAVE NO FAULT. They claimed over 40k in Made up deductions and now we are left with dealing with the IRS and we owe thousands. When we asked why they would deduct so many things we never provided any receipts for they said that they did nothing wrong and we got you meant back, didnt we? Yea we got a return that we now owe back to the IRS and on top of it we paid Jean almost 300 to file this fraudulent return. Please do not trust these people, you will regret it!

BEWARE they will not help you if you get audited. They LIE on the 1040 form. They claim THOUSANDS of dollars under deductibles which will yield a higher return. This is FRAUD!! They will not help you, or reimburse you for the money you owe to the IRS. RUN far away from these guys. They have been reported by me to the IRS. Dont loose thousands of dollars plus interest and penalties.
