Do not waste your time with these and professional people they are good to you and nice to you when you will file your taxes I had a problem with them I moved from one state to another and have a lot of things in storage but since I've been really sick I couldn't go to the storage so I filed my taxes so they needed the amount I made last year I contacted them to give me the AGI number everything was fine they ask me info which I think it's correct I never got a response when I called I was told that they sent it I called again after emailing several times and not getting a response I was told that my picture ID came out blurry which I answered why wasn't I told when I called 5 days ago the girls started getting nasty so I got nasty back I resend an email with my picture ID and I got a nasty response back very unprofessional and telling me I was the unprofessional one cuz I lost my tax returns from the year 2016 and that they would charge me 10 to give me the copy and that they will not give me it I eventually received it and if I didn't receive it I would have complaint to the Better Business Bureau because it's against the law that they deny me a copy of my tax return I will never ever refer this company to anybody like I did in the past do not deal with these people
