My grandmother has been going to Frank for over 50 years. She has known him since he was in diapers. Today we went into his office, and out of nowhere, he treated my 92 year old grandmother with such disrespect. Using poor language, arrogance, disrespect. He has no sense of loyalty or respect. Dont go to his office even if the IRS is breathing down your neck. Youre better off roughing it. NEVER GO TO HIM, he is AWFUL!!!
